As DNEG’s Global Head of Human Resources, Delna Dhamodiwala is responsible for driving the overall effectiveness and strategy of the global HR team, as well as overseeing the activities of DNEG’s busy Talent Acquisition teams across its worldwide studios. With a focus on creating a collaborative and inclusive global work culture at DNEG, Delna has launched several development programs within the business designed to support the career progression of the company’s employees. Her passion for People Development extends beyond her professional role and she spends considerable time outside of work mentoring young HR professionals, coaching budding women leaders and volunteering in mentoring programs for underprivileged youth.
