Vikas Rathee is the Chief Financial Officer of DNEG, based in New York. He joined Prime Focus Limited in 2013 as Chief Operating Officer, before moving into the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2014. He was appointed CFO of DNEG in May 2015. Vikas has extensive senior leadership experience in the finance sector, previously serving as Head of Corporate Finance and M&A at Suzlon Energy Limited, as a senior investment banker for telecom, media and technology (“TMT”) clients at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and as Executive Director of TMT investment banking group at ABN AMRO. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Delhi Institute of Technology, Delhi University, and an MBA in Finance from the R.H. Smith School of Business from the University of Maryland. Vikas is also a CFA charterholder.
